She has a remarkable ability to organize volunteers, help communicate a consistent message, and continue to follow up on details long after the event is over. Hiring Rachel was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! She went above and beyond in coordinating every little detail with all of our vendors to ensure our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be. The day was definitely everything we hoped it would be and more because of Rachel's management and execution of the timeline of events...we were able to enjoy ourselves all day instead of worrying about all the little details and issues that can come up.
